Zaitsev sold Saveliev a tape recorder for 3 thousand rubles. By agreement of the parties, the tape recorder must be handed over to the buyer upon expiration of 10 days after the conclusion of the contract of sale. Zaitsev received the money, but he refused to hand over the tape recorder. Savelyev appealed to the court and a claim for a refund. Zaitsev in court explained that he had not entered into any agreement with the plaintiff and had not received money from him.
